Framework agreement global inequality

Norad intends to enter into a framework agreement with the World Inequality Lab for the provision of consultancy/research services within the areas of global inequality, The purpose of establishing the framework agreement, is to ensure that Norad has continual, flexible access to research and analytical services of top quality within the areas of global inequalities. Norad may request the following services: Development of technical and analytical reports, such as studies, concept notes and reviews, on key topics and/or countries. Development of ad hoc knowledge-based products that can serve as expert recommendations tools for an effective design and implementation of programmes with the a ambition to reduce inequality. Make available data and analytics for Norad in different formats. The framework agreement will have a duration for max 4 years. Yearly financing is estimated to 2 MNOK. The first deliverance will be a report on consumption inequality in carbon emissions.
