School Meal Canteen Services at Selskar College

Applications are invited from competent Food Caterers for the provision of school meals under the School Meals Local Projects Scheme for the provision of a school meals service contract at Selskar College. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students, staff and visitors at affordable prices on Monday to Friday each week of the school year. The successful tenderer will be responsible for compliance with Food Safety Authority Ireland and the National Standards Authority of Ireland’s standards in relation to the Food Preparation, Food Storage, Hygiene, Cooking, Waste, etc.
