Consultative engineering and construction services

Description

Bergen kommune ved etat for bygg og eiendom (Norwegian: EBE) [Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Buildings and Property] (EBE) wants to enter into framework agreements for technical consultancy services (Consulting Engineering services). The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of services in the consulting engineering disciplines/technical ordinary, and shall cover the need for the consultancy services in connection with ordinary operation/maintenance for the investment projects. The Agency's assignments can be challenging, the project must be suited to different requirements and expectations, and a number of the buildings are of historical nature. The majority of the Agency's assignments are minor renovation projects in connection with operation and maintenance, but the Agency also has an increasing need for the consultant in connection with major projects where contract-costs vary from NOK 10 million-NOK 25 million. Consultants must anticipate assignments spanning from simple advice/guidance to major engineering assignments that include renovation or minor additions. Services and disciplines that will be offered with a fixed hourly rate: — engineering design group manager (PGL), — consulting civil engineer (RIB), — consulting HVAC and sanitary installations engineer, and climate techniques (RIV), — consulting electro engineer (RIE), — consulting fire engineer (RIBR), — consulting building physics engineer (RIBFy), — consulting water and sewage engineer (RIVA), — consulting environmental engineer (RIM). Tenderers must also be able to obtain or offer other consulting disciplines as needed.
