Provision of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Services and Other Operational Compliance Support

Description

The EIB’s TMR/KYC Unit is looking for external expertise to assist the EIB staff in their daily work on KYC Analysis and other compliance-related checks and screenings and activities (e.g. integrity, sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), adverse media) related to new operations and periodic KYC reviews. Lot 1: The selected KYC Service Providers will provide the necessary number of consultants with appropriate level of KYC expertise/knowledge to perform the following tasks related to EIB processes at 1 Line of Defence: ‘Task A’: Review KYC file by performing a gap analysis and collecting the missing KYC data and documentation; ‘Task B’: KYC analysis and other compliance checks and analysis; ‘Task C’: KYC filing and KYC data management; ‘Task D’: Other compliance activities.
