Construction of 20 new build affordable dwellings, associated infrastructure and 2 serviced building plots at Balmaha Lot 1: This is an Open (Single Stage) procurement; tenders are invited from all interested bidders. The procurement comprises: Exclusion and Selection (pass/fail) -SPD (Scotland) Award (scored and weighted) -Quality Assessment -Price submission -Interview The successful bidder will be selected from all tenderers fully completing and submitting all required documentation before the deadline, and who pass the selection and exclusion criteria, on the basis of best overall score in the award criteria.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
