Haugesund Kommune [Haugesund Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, aim to enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineer services. The procurement procedure is an open tender contest, in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, laid down in the Royal Decree dated 12 August 2016, with later amendments. Tender competitions do not allow negotiations on the tender. After the tenders have been submitted, only clarifications of any uncertainties are allowed.
