Framework Agreements for snow clearing services in Ål municipality for the period 2019 to 2023. Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots. The lots shall be evaluated individually. The Contracting Authority shall enter into contracts for each lot. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into Service contracts for snow ploughing, snow clearing and gritting on municipal roads, squares, side roads and areas. Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots provided that the tenderer has access to suitable equipment with drivers for each lot. The Framework Agreement period is from 1.10.2019 and applies for 2 years. Option for 1+1 year extension. The final contract date is 30.9.2023. See Annex 1 for requirement specifications and description of lots. Sub-tenders The tenderer can submit prices for one lot or several lots, provided that the tenderer can substantiate access to adequate machinery and manpower. The service is divided into 10 lots as described in the annex to this tender notice. How the service shall be executed are stated in Annex 1 ‘Anbudsvilkår for Brøyting og Rydding AV Kommunale Plassar M.V.’ (‘Tender conditions for snow clearing and clearing municipal areas’, etc.). Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots provided that the tenderer has access to suitable equipment with drivers for each lot. It is a prerequisite that tenderers have access to sufficient spare equipment, either their own machines or by a written contract with another contractor. Contracts will be signed for each lot. The Framework Agreement period is from 1.10.2019 and applies for 2 years. Option for 1+1 year extension. The final contract date is 30.9.2023. A completed price form for each lot the tenderer wants to participate in must be submitted. The received tender for each lot shall be evaluated individually and independent on other lots.
