Servicing and Maintenance of Wash and Dry Toilets

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Provider to provide servicing and maintenance of Tai Tarian’s current 193 wash and dry toilets installed in various locations around the Neath Port Talbot area.The scope of this Contract includes a range of services, including; annual servicing and maintenance, and ongoing call-out support for any equipment fault of Tai Tarian’s wash and dry toilets, to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) for the Provider’s submitted rates set out in the Price Framework (Appendix 2).In addition to this, the Provider may be required to carry out remedial works that are within the scope of the Contract but are not specifically provided for within the Price Framework.
