Request for Tender to establish Dynamic Panel for the provision of Venue Hire and Venue Hire with Catering Services for Administration Offices, Schools and Centres under the auspices of KCETB

In summary, KCETB wish to establish a NEW Dynamic Panel Arrangement for the provision of Venue Hire and Venue Hire with Catering Services for Administration Offices, Schools and Centres under the auspices of Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board. The scope of the required services will range from standalone venue hire to venue hire with on-site catering services . The initial closing date to establish the panel is Thursday June 4th 2026 at 12 Noon (Irish Standard Time). Once established, new Tenderers will be able to apply for appointment to the Panel Arrangement over the lifetime of the DPS. This is a NEW Dynamic Panel for KCETB. All existing panel members MUST re-apply if they wish to be considered for inclusion on this new panel.
