Almond Housing Association- Fencing Upgrades Framework 2024-2028

Description

The scope of works includes for the upgrade of fencing and associated works. Lot 1: Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the design, supply and installation of fencing upgrades and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 76Nr properties detailed within the supporting information. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion with a budget of 250,00.00 GBP for Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
