We are looking for a management system that captures all of the Councils leases, with the ability to provide all the necessary IFRS 16 compliant notes and figures for inclusion in the annual accounts. As a minimum the system should have the following: multi user access audit trail of changes IFRS16 lease transition impact reports store copies of contracts lease accountancy under IFRS 16 ability to create bespoke input export of data and reports to Excel and PDF forward and backward looking ability to stimulate the impact of using discount rates We are looking to have a minimum of 2 licenses for the organisation with the option to purchase additional licences and create new users as required.
