Lot 1: North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”)is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Financial Services Authority (FSA) certified Service Provider for the Provision of Treasury Management Services. This service will provide specialist skills, advice and resources to assist the treasury management function in managing the Council’s loans debt and investment portfolio.
