Předmětem veřejné zakázky je nalezení řešení způsobu a provozu atestované spisové služby, která bude kompatibilní součástí informačního systému zadavatele uvedeným pod zkratkou SISTA. Řešení musí splňovat legislativní rámec dle platných právních norem. Informační systém SISTA je agilně vyvíjeným informačním systémem zadavatele, který je sdílen také mezi další veřejnoprávní subjekty. Součástí plnění je také následný provoz, rozvoj a další nutné související služby (např. migrace stávajících dat spisové služby, bude-li shledána jako nezbytná).
