The Provision of Multi-Function Print Devices

Description

Development Bank of Wales (DBW) sought to establish a contract for the provision of fifteen (15) multi-function print devices (MFPs) across its office estate, replacing the existing fleet. The requirement included a fully managed print service covering all hardware, software, installation, maintenance, support, and consumables associated with the printing solution. DBW invited proposals for the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of multi-function printing, copying, and scanning devices for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years. The successful solution will replace the MFPs currently deployed across DBW offices and, where applicable, any associated print management software that is not required as part of the proposed solution. ## Contract award
