CHIC Furniture & Floor Coverings - Dynamic Purchasing System [DPS]

Description

CHIC invites organisations to participate in a 60-month DPS for Furniture & Floor Coverings with the following categories: Category 1: Domestic Furniture Including, but not limited to, bedroom, living room, soft & hard furnishings as well as relevant aids and adaptations. The products required will also range from free standing to fitted furniture. The category covers supply only, supply and installation and installation only of relevant domestic furniture Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 20000 000 GBP. Category 2: Commercial Furniture. Including, but not limited to, soft and hard furnishings which complement and support commercial and communal environments. The category covers the supply, installation and design of any commercial furniture. The category covers supply only, supply and installation and installation only of relevant commercial furniture Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 20000 000 GBP. Category 3: Domestic Flooring. Including, but not limited to, domestic carpet, vinyl, laminate / hardwood flooring, resin and ceramic / tiles. The category covers supply only, supply and installation and installation only of relevant commercial furniture Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 20000 000 GBP. Category 4: Commercial Flooring. Including, but not limited to, domestic carpet, vinyl, laminate / hardwood flooring, resin and ceramic / tiles. The category covers supply only, supply and installation and installation only of relevant commercial furniture Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 20000 000 GBP. The DPS will be accessible by members of CHIC. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, NHS, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom ("Members"), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.
