The project aim is to provide an accommodation campus of single living quarters for 2,400 workers. The campus will be comprised of 16 three- and four-storey residential buildings containing the single living units, placed in a broadly east-to-west orientation. The below package of works is associated with the accommodation blocks are non-residential welfare, administration, and food and beverage facilities based in and around a two-storey amenity building containing a restaurant, kitchen, bars, gym, multifunctional room, and prayer/ quiet room.
