The National Insurance Scheme Fund would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that can provide telephony services and a telephone exchange system as described in the requirements specification. The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to establish cost efficient and good use of the National Insurance Scheme Fund's telephone system by realising a contract for: • mobile telephony • conference telephony • telephone exchange services • integration with the National Insurance Scheme Fund's email and calendar service • administration • mobile phones and accompanying equipment Lot 1: The National Insurance Scheme Fund would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that can provide telephony services and a telephone exchange system as described in the requirements specification.
