Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service for GSOC Boilers and Air Conditioning Systems

Description

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) was established in 2007, under the Garda Síochána Act 2005. GSOC is responsible for receiving and dealing with complaints made by members of the public concerning the conduct of members of the Garda Síochána GSOC is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of preventative maintenance and repair services of the Boilers and Air Conditioning System. GSOC intends to establish a single supplier framework agreement (hereafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’) for the duration of twelve (12) months commencing in April 2023. GSOC reserves the option to extend the contract by a further twelve (12) months, subject to a successful service review, on the same terms and conditions with a maximum of three (3) such extensions.
