Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the work covered by this Specification comprising the construction of a New office/ studio space for the creative industries, built on the site of a former bus depot in Colchester, with works following the BREEAM method of assessment. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
