The Contracting Authority has awarded 2 contracts to deliver the following services to it's stock of Council buildings and offices as follows: Lot 1 Mechanical and Electrical Services — Arthur McKay and Co Limited. Lot 2 Building Maintenance Services — Graham Facilities Management. The initial term of the contracts is 5 years although the Council has the option at its absolute discretion to extend the term for a further 2 periods of 1 year, thereby bringing the maximum term of the contracts to a period of 7 years. These contracts will commence in July 2016.
