The scope of works comprises the Servicing, Maintenance, Repair’s & Call Outs to Swimming Pool Plant & Equipment. Lot 1: The scope of works comprises the Servicing, Maintenance, Repair’s & Call-Outs to Swimming Pool Plant & Equipment. There would be a set programme of routine services but also ad-hoc call outs which would need to be attended to within: Emergency - 4 hours Urgent - by the end of the following day Standard - within 5 working days Unclassified within 28 days. Call-out Service The contractor would need to provide a call-out service for the duration of the contract as per the following times: - Normal Working Hours (08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday) - Out-with Normal Working Hours (17:00-08:00 Monday to Thursday and 17:00 Friday until 08:00 on the next Monday) School, Trades and Public holidays shall be deemed to be normal working days Size of Contract The contract would cover our own five pools (Buckie, Forres, Keith, Lossiemouth and Speyside) and the Moray Hydrotherapy pool in Forres. We are currently working with Moray Leisure Centre on a new repair and insuring lease, if this is approved, the facility would be added to the contract.
