ITQ for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Review the Scottish Cities Alliance

Dundee City Council are procuring on behalf of Scottish Cities Alliance for consultancy services to review the Scottish Cities Alliance Lot 1: The commission consists of: 1. Identifying and assessing to what extent the outcomes and objectives of the Alliance partners set out in the Operational Plan 2022-2026 have been met at this time with a focus on value for money, tangible impact and real evidence provided to demonstrate that impact is attributable to the activities and interventions of the Alliance programme. 2. Reflecting on the evaluation of the Alliance programme to date, develop a full range of appraised options for the continued effective operation of the Alliance in the current national, regional and economic landscape at both a Scottish and UK level which support the partnership’s central objective to ensure there is parity across Scotland’s cities and their regions as the drivers of the Scottish economy, to compete for investment and drive economic growth for the benefit of all. This should include consideration of whether the Alliance should continue to exist in any form, or whether changes to the economic landscape negate the need for a future programme.
