Description

WICS requires a review of the financial model that will be used to set charge caps for the 2027-33 regulatory period. The main output of the project will be an assurance report produced by the supplier. Lot 1: The financial model will be used to forecast Scottish Water’s revenue and expenditure to enable WICS to calculate the allowed charges for Scottish Water. This financial model will provide the charge caps set out in WICS’ draft and final determinations for SRC27. The financial model will also be used for monitoring throughout the 2027-33 regulatory period. We require assurance on the financial model to enable us to analyse the Business Plan and begin the drafting of our draft determination. The main output of the project will be an assurance report produced by the supplier. At the time of our draft and final Determinations, WICS plans to publish the financial model alongside the assurance report produced by the supplier. More specific objectives are included in the procurement documents.
