Business Gateway is a national business support service. In Midlothian the service is delivered by the Council’s Economic Development Service. Publicly funded, the Business Gateway service directly contributes to Scotland’s economic wellbeing. Business Gateway Midlothian’s team of Advisers work with clients at all stages of development, from the initial idea through to building their workforce Advisers tailor their support to each client and connect them to expertise in the wider business support eco-system. Lot 1: Environmental Energy Audit Consultancy Midlothian Council is seeking providers with the competence and capability to deliver specialist business support in the form of Environmental Energy Audit Consultancy to Business Gateway Midlothian clients. The service delivery will support local businesses through the undertaking of on-site bespoke energy efficiency audits and the provision of reports, advice and guidance to achieve carbon reduction, improve environmental credentials and cost savings through adapting processes to minimise environmental impact Lot 2: Digital Marketing Services Consultancy Midlothian Council is seeking providers with the competence and capability to deliver specialist business support in the form of Digital Marketing Services Consultancy to Business Gateway Midlothian clients. The service delivery will focus on upskilling business owners/staff to increase the business’s visibility, engagement and brand awareness on digital platforms including Social Media channels, website and email marketing.
