Description
Supply of Hydrogen to support Highland Council operations. The Highland Council (THC) is seeking to develop its understanding of the potential future hydrogen supply landscape across the Highland Council’s geographic area of responsibility, in order to validate, mature and refine its net zero transition plans, with particular regard to the decarbonisation of heat across THC estate and the transition to a net zero fleet. As part of our research, THC is inviting potential hydrogen suppliers to provide information requested in the attached “Request for Information” document. It is hoped that this will assist THC staff in shaping requirements for the future, understanding the market, and developing the best strategy for any future Hydrogen Supply Agreements (HSA).
