Physical Activity Connectors Lot 1: Physical Activity Connectors help people open to or discharged from Berkshire Health Care Services with mental illness to get active and take positive steps toward living an overall healthier life. The Physical Activity Connector roles will be filled by people with experience of mental health and delivering physical activity interventions, ensuring they can connect with the audience in a different way to that of a social prescriber. The trust intend to award the contract to an existing provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The value of the contract is £101,549.00 ex VAT. The service will be provided 01/04/2025 -31/03/2026
