Description

The Liffey Boardwalk is a timber and steel structure which is located along the north side of the River Liffey in Dublin. The contractor shall manage and carry out the maintenance process including arranging the necessary inspections, reporting, obtaining instructions from the DCC’s Engineer as required, directing the maintenance works and reviewing same to ensure quality management systems are being executed properly. Weekly and monthly inspections and reporting of the boardwalk, cleaning and replacing of decking, bench seating and handrail, where necessary painting of steelwork. Maintenance of the Kiosks along the boardwalk. Removal of graffitti. Removal of 'love' locks. Keeping a minimum supply of decking boards.
