Description

National framework for the provision of managed business process support services request for information (RFI) and prior information notice (PIN). Within the next 12 months, the Office of Government Procurement may wish to establish a 2nd generation national framework for the provision of Managed business process support services (MBPSS) for suitably qualified service providers with appropriate expertise in the fields of business process outsourcing. The framework, if established, will be available for the use of all public sector bodies within the state.
