Roof Refurbishment Works for Inland Fisheries Ireland at Claregalway, Co. Galway

Description

Inland Fisheries Ireland require remedial works to the existing roof at a unit, located within Claregalway Corporate Park. The unit shares common roof elements, including walls, parapets, and a valley gutter with adjoining properties to the north and south. The existing roof construction is comprised of roof panels, supported on steel purlins, laid to a slope of approximately 5 degrees. The roof has developed multiple leaks, notably at the valley gutter and around the existing rooflights. The project objective is to deliver durable, long-term repairs to the roof, addressing the known defects and providing a robust solution that will facilitate the future installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels while minimizing disruption to the Offices located within the Industrial Unit. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings provided, and in compliance with the Irish Building Regulations, relevant IS/EN standards, and all applicable Health and Safety Legislation.
