Description

Emergency remedial works to the existing concrete flat roof section to the front section of the school to consist of stripping back the existing bitumen roof covering, repairing any damage to the concrete deck, fit treated timber firring pieces to the concrete deck to make up falls and apply rigid insulation to top of timber deck, new single ply membrane finish to be applied as external finish. Remedial work to the section of pitched roof above the existing hall which is in poor condition. Existing slates and felt to be removed, high performance roofing underlay with a min. 150mm lap at all sides, 50x25mm softwood treated timber battens at 400mm spacings, fibre cement slates as per spec. to be fitted in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, Connection to existing services on the site and all the site works connected with the work mentioned above at Scoil Naisiúnta Réalt na Mara, Rosses Upper, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo F91 TR29.
