Description

As part of the basic material for the National Transport Plan (NTP) 2022-2033, the transport entities (Avinor AS, Jernbanedirektoratet, Kystverket, Nye Veier AS and Statens vegvesen) have proposed priorities in the use of resources in the period 2022-2033. This is referred to as assignment 9 on priorities. The assignment given to the transport entities and the entities' response to assignment 9 are available at www.regjeringen.no/ntpoppdrag together with other assignments and deliveries. The entities have proposed prioritising efforts within their area in assignment 9. The Ministry of Transport would like assistance with professional assessments of resource use within and across the entities/sectors. The Ministry of Transport will therefore obtain consultancy assistance to carry out analyses based on the entities' priorities. The results of the assignment will make up part of the basis for the Ministry of Transport's further prioritisation work. The assignment will be remunerated according to the hours used, within an upper limit of up to NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT. The assistance will continue until 31 January 2021 or until the upper financial limit for the contract is reached. The contracting authority has an option for an extension for up to 12 months, this is due to the Coronavirus pandemic and a possible need to adjust the scheduled progress plan for the work on the NTP as a result of this.
