The Supplier will provide a secure, scalable, and user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the delivery, management, and tracking of learning across the Purchasers organisation. The Supplier is required to provide a set of courses with the aim to equip users with an up-to-date and accurate knowledge base covering a range of HSE topics Lot 1: The Supplier will provide a secure, scalable, and user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the delivery, management, and tracking of learning across the Purchasers organisation. The LMS must enable efficient user and course management, offer a high-quality learning experience, and support robust assessment and certification processes. It will include advanced reporting and analytics to monitor progress, compliance, and performance, and provide reliable support services, training resources, and documentation to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption. The LMS will facilitate the authoring, design and hosting of technical training created by the Purchaser. The Supplier is required to provide a set of courses with the aim to equip users with an up-to-date and accurate knowledge base covering a range of HSE topics. The courses are to be based on the most recent versions of the associated UK (Scottish where applicable) legislation for example the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (1992) and the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
