Alterations to the 2nd floor of an administration buiding

FREVAR would like to receive tender offers for a turnkey contract basis (including engineering design) for alterations to the offices on the 2nd floor. The alterations shall be carried out in accordance with the attached documentation. Lot 1: Note that start-up cannot take place until a valid IG is in place. Performing personnel in all disciplines must be fluent in a Scandinavian language. Joint inspection on 23.02.2023 at 09:00. Minutes from the site inspection will not be kept. Register for the inspection through the following email: momk@frevar.no by 21.02.23. All waste will be sorted by source. The contractor is required to prepare a plan for waste that documents sorted fractions, amounts, etc. The contractor is responsible for delivering the waste plan before startup. The contractor must keep the workplace tidy at all times and is responsible for keeping containers for waste and ensuring that they are emptied. Pricing will not be regulated.
