Tender for the supply of Equipment Lists for Coláiste Pobail Naomh Mhuire, Buttevant, Co. Cork.

Description

Cork Education and Training Board is a leading education provider in Cork City and County. It has responsibility for a wide range of education and training in Cork, including Primary, Post-Primary, Further Education, Training, Adult and Community Education and Literacy and Numeracy. At this time, we are inviting tenders for the supply of Equipment Lists for our new Post Primary School at Coláiste Pobail Naomh Mhuire, Buttevant, Co. Cork. The Coláiste currently has a student enrolment of just under 300 students. This school has a long standing tradition of providing quality education and care for the young people of Buttevant and the surrounding communities. It is presently located on beautiful convent grounds but will move into a state of the art new school campus in the autumn of 2015. Full details of Department of Education and Skills specifications and requirements for each item are available on the attached Equipment Lists. All items must meet the required standards and specifications as detailed on each document. The tender is divided into 32 lots. Please complete the Equipment lists which are attached to this tender document as there are some items on the DES lists that are not required on this occasion. The contract will be awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender applying the criteria as outlined in the tender document. Please note that Cork ETB reserves the right to break down the Lots. We would request that equipment should be available for delivery from 1st November, 2015 and we will confirm the actual delivery dates required to the successful tenderer(s) nearer to the time. Tenders should be submitted / posted in hard copy format to Cork Education and Training Board, 21 Lavitt's Quay, Cork no later than Wednesday 16th September, 2015 at 12.00 noon.
