Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) is seeking a supplier for the refurbishment of Kitchens and Bathrooms within BCP Council, including partial or full replacement as described in this Specification. BCP Council requires kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works to be carried out in various properties within the administrative boundaries of and owned by BCP Council. Initial Contract Duration: 4 years Option(s) to Extend: Yes Quantity of Available Extensions: 2 Duration of Each Extension: 12 months Therefore, if the full extension(s) is taken, then the full contract duration shall be 6 years. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 01/07/2026
