Provision of the Supply and Installation of Planned Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and Associated Works

Amplius invite tenders from suitably experienced organisations who can demonstrate knowledge, skill and innovation in delivering the Supply and Installation of Planned Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and Associated Works . The works in relation to Amplius future and current properties. The works will be delivered under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2024 including a Schedule of Amends for a maximum term of eight (8) years: which will run for an initial period of six (6) years with the option to extend by up to two periods of twelve (12) months. Customer care excellence and high customer satisfaction is at the heart of planned works delivery. Our requirement is split into geographical Lots as detailed below: Lot 1: East Anglia, East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber Lot 2: East Anglia & East Midlands Lot 3: East & West Midlands TUPE is applicable to this Tender and there is likely to be employees transferring from existing service providers. Organisations seeking to respond to this opportunity are required to complete and submit a Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) for each Lot they intend to bid for. Following evaluation of submitted PSQ's Amplius anticipates short listing a maximum of 8 service providers per Lot to be invited to submit their Tender submissions.
