Background Building on work completed to date and the progress made with embedding and finalising elements of the Target Operating Model ('TOM') in Phase 4, Nest Invest is seeking a partner to work with the team over the course of the next phase ('Phase 4b') to continue preparations for the natural transition of the model to full Nest Invest ownership, as part of BAU, and to complete additional deliverables for the senior team related to Nest Invest's ongoing organisational evolution. The objectives of this phase are as follows:  Delivery Objective: Complete the finalisation of operating model design and the embedding of key components within Nest Invest's business as usual activities and build out Nest Invest's internal capacity and capability so that its functions are ready to take over ongoing model development and maintenance as part of a world-class investment function.  Cultural Objective: Embed ownership of the operating model within Nest by actively involving teams in implementation activities and capability building, fostering long-term ownership and accountability. ## Contract award
