DBW is seeking to procure a Supplier to provide an independent House Price Index (“HPI”) forecast data spanning twenty five (25) years for the Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd (“HtBW”) Scheme. This data is a key input for valuing the HtBW loan portfolio and the valuation is one of DBW’s key audit matters.
