Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice - Smart City management program

Kragerø municipality (business registration no. 963 946 902) intends to enter into a cooperation with Bjørk Innovation, which specialises in a self-developed Smart City Management method that was developed for municipalities in the North. Bjørk Innovation has sharpened its competence in this area. Lot 1: The procurement will contribute to sustainable social and business development in the municipality and in the region, as well as contribute to an attractive city to live in. The contract will include i.a.: • Introduction of the "Smart city and society concept" in the municipality. • Competence development within the sustainability goals, innovation management, digitisation, Artificial Intelligence and data management. • Identify possible methods that are relevant at all times. • Involve local actors and stakeholders that can contribute to the programme. • Establish and initiate meeting places and arenas for co-creation. • Establish social projects within the framework for sustainable development. • Put research and innovation into practice. • Elevate the program and connect to networks at Nordic and international levels where appropriate. • Identify and follow applicable international and national practices, trends and guidelines that have an impact on the programme.
