Elective Care Services offering diagnosis, treatment and support for Cheshire and Merseyside, Lancashire and South Cumbria and Greater Manchester patients. Lot 1: THIS IS A PSR PERMITTED MODIFICATION NOTICE This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. On the 19th November 2024 NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Finance, Investment and Resources Committee (FIRC) approved a permitted modification to enact an available 1 year extension period. The original contract started on 1st April 2023, expires on 31st March 2025 and has a one-year extension option. The modified expiry date is now 31st March 2026. The annual contract value for the 1-year extension period is £14,978,813. No conflicts of interest were declared in making this decision.
