Description

This RFT invites proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish four multi-party framework agreements for the provision of supports to the Business Supports Programmes. Each framework agreement will cover a separate lot as listed below: • Lot 1: Policy analysis and advisory support to SEAI business programmes • Lot 2: Strategic support to large businesses • Lot 3: Small Medium Enterprise (SME) programme supports • Lot 4: Project Management, Co-ordination and Sustainability Consultancy Tenderers may submit a response for one or more lots. There is no restriction on the number of lots any Tenderer may be appointed to. Tenderers may submit responses as part of consortiums for individual lots. Lot 1: Lot 1: Policy Analysis and Advisory Support to SEAI Business Programmes The purpose of Lot 1 is to put in place a framework of experts and advisors for services to both large companies and SMEs. With a rapidly changing landscape in which businesses operate, the requirement to provide supports and update policy requires a diverse and high-quality pool of expertise from which to consult. Lot 2: Lot 2: Strategic Support to Large Businesses Lot 2 is to put in place a framework of experts and advisors for large companies. SEAI engages directly with large businesses through operational or engineering department experts, and senior management to drive a structured energy management systems built on energy efficiency. The systems are based on ISO50001, IS399 Energy Efficient Design and other networking and communications initiatives increasingly focused on industry decarbonisation. Lot 3: Lot 3: Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Programme Supports Lot 3 is for a framework of experts & advisors to support SMEs. SEAI offers a wide range of training and financial supports to help SMEs on their energy efficiency journey. The SEAI Energy Academy is a free online learning resource for businesses.
