Joint Contracts — Alterations to the Haematological and Oncological Units in Nye Nord

Description

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with tenderers that can carry out alterations to NNU0 and NN03. NNU0, alterations: Alterations to NNU0, approx. 1 800 m to wards. NN03, alterations: Alterations to NN03, approx. 1 200 m to outpatients/day treatment. Both floors that are to be altered (NNU0 and NN03) have floors above and below them that will be in operation throughout the contract work. Execution time: 2021, with completion by Q3 2021. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following parts: 1) Construction work; 2) Electro; 3) Ventilation; 4) Cooling, sanitation, sprinklers, pressurised air and oxygen. Lot 1: Construction Work Sub-contract 1: Construction work for the alteration of the two units/floors in question. The contractor who is responsible for the construction work will also have responsibility as the main company with HSE responsibility, and will be responsible for coordinating workers and progress coordination. Lot 2: Electrical Services Sub-contract 2: Electrical work for the alteration of the two units/floors in question. Lot 3: Ventilation Sub-contract 3: Ventilation work for the alteration of the two units/floors in question. Lot 4: Cooling, Sanitation, Sprinklers, Pressurised Air and Oxygen Sub-contract 4: Work with cooling, sanitation, sprinklers, pressurised air and oxygen for the alteration of the two units/floors in question.
