Framework agreement for one route — scheduled flights for passengers, route Oslo — Lakselv. Framework agreement for one route — scheduled flights for passengers, route Oslo — Lakselv. The framework agreement includes passenger transport services for scheduled flights for the route Oslo — Lakselv. The service includes 2 weekly departures. One departure on Friday and one departure on Monday. A call for tenders was published for this route. Doffin reference No 2019-329310 dated 22.8.2019/TED. The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation [Norwegian abbreviation FLO] did not receive any tenders by the deadline for receipt of tenders. After the deadline for receipt of tender FLO has been in contact with the relevant tenderers. Based on the relevant tenderers’ responses, SAS Denmark Norway Sweden NUF is at present (per 29.11.2019) the sole provider interested in entering into an agreement for the described route. FLO has therefore decided to enter negotiations with SAS Denmark Norway Sweden NUF, and has chosen to enter into a framework agreement for scheduled flights for passengers for the route Oslo — Lakselv for 2 weekly departures. The agreement period is 1 year with an option for up to 3 years extension. The maximum agreement period is 4 years. The estimated value for the entire agreement period, including options, is 90 000 000 NOK. FLO intends to sign a framework agreement with SAS Denmark Norway Sweden NUF for the route Oslo — Lakselv, for 2 weekly departures.
