NHS Borders - ITT Roof Overlay Works

Description

NHS Borders invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for overlay of existing flat roofs, overlay of existing parapet capping, replacement of lightening protection system and the replacement of the edge protection system on the southern wing at Borders General Hospital. Lot 1: This procurement is being conducted via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) in accordance with NHS Scotland Standing Financial Instructions and all applicable public procurement legislation. Tenders are to be submitted on the PCS portal. The current anticipated timescales are as follows. Tender Issued – Thursday 9 July 2026 Tender Returns - Thursday 30 July 2026 at 12.00 Tender Acceptance – Friday 14 August 2026 Works Completed – Friday 23 October 2026 Evaluation Criteria The contract will be awarded based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender: Price – 40% Quality – 60%
