Description

Contractors are invited to tender for inclusioin in a framework for housing refurbishment projects in the geographical lots of Lot 1: Leinster; Lot 2: Mid-West; Lot 3: South-West. Scope of works will be different for each project but may include electrical, plumbing, roofing, insulation, remedial, kitchen upgrading/replacement, window and door upgrading/replacement and other works that may be determined at the time of inspection. Minor building works including small extensions may also be required. Contractors may apply to be considered for one, two or all Lots. In the event that Novas acquire any properties outside the defined geographical areas then all members of each framework will be invited to participate in a mini competition(s). This framework forms part of a planned roll-out of 100 homes for general needs housing as part of the Rebuilding Ireland programme.
