UCC hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2014/24/EU (open procedure) to complete CCTV Installations works as follows Lot 1 Establishment of Multi Supplier Framework of Specialist for Supply and Installations of CCTV Units at UCC – The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to deliver the CCTV upgrade works comprising the supply installation and commissioning of CCTV Cameras, connections to existing UCC network, camera supports, speakers including purchase of camera licences. Lot 2 Contract for Provision of CCTV/Intruder Alarm Technical Services - Servicing, maintenance, condition assessment, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of existing intruder alarm systems and alarm communicators, CCTV devices, car park barriers and pay machines, ongoing updating of a comprehensive security systems asset register, Provision of remote monitoring, patching, and network management for CCTV and IP-enabled alarm systems operating. Lot 3 Tender for Provision of Alarm Monitoring Services – Monitor alarm signals from 135 CSL communicators, transmitting over 237 alarm signals across the UCC Estate. Schedule daily signal. Issue daily alarm activation reports, routine testing and unit inspections on site of signals every 6 months.
