Procurement of No 3 000 Uniforms from O.P. Procurement of No 3 000 uniforms from O.P. The operational uniform consists of a jacket and two trousers. The measurements shown in the following description refer to size 52/R or the sample size. II.1. Jacket It's composed by: — body, — sleeves, — lapel, — patches. II.1.1. Body It consists of two forequarters and a hind quarter. The assembly of the aforementioned parts is made with sewing machine with two needles. Behind there is a yoke consisting of a single stretch of fabric that affects both the front and the back, repeated at the bases with a double topstitch. It has two internal facings shaped from the shoulders to the bottom, 75 mm wide at the base, riveted to the foot at the front and surfilated internally where they are stopped at the quarters with riveting visible on the outside. At the front, about 15 mm from the stitching of the placket, there are two vertical pockets with double welt, 180 mm long, closed by zippers and with stop beams at the ends. The pocket bag, in basic fabric, is anchored to the side seam of the side by means of a 10 mm high grosgrain strap fixed to the lower end of the same. The upper ends of the zippers are protected by a double fabric layer inserted into the respective assembly seams. The front opening is ensured by means of a double fabric button panel about 70 mm wide, applied internally on the left on the placket starting from the seam of the relative yoke, finished internally with surfilo, on which five slots are made with horizontal stop beams positioned between them (those at the ends are 25 mm from the edges and the other three are equidistant from each other). The relative buttons are applied on the right front quarter at about 30 mm from the outer edge. A further buttonhole is made on the left front quarter at about 30 mm from the base of the collar, the relative button is applied to the right quarter in the corresponding position. The front closure is further reinforced by means of a half zip applied to the inner edge of the button panel in the left quarter along the seam of the same (eg: zip length and button panel for the TG 52/R cm 42). The corresponding half zip is applied to the right quarter and is inserted in the assembly seam between the placket and the body. The assembly seam of the sides is double-stitched. The jacket ends at the bottom with a 20 mm perimeter hem. II.1.2. Sleeves The sleeve is made in two pieces joined with a two-needle sewing machine and with double external stitching, the armhole assembly seam is thread-over. The sleeve ends at the bottom with a cuff in double fabric, about 60 mm high, with double stitching on the perimeter. Above the sleeve, posteriorly, the wrist is prolonged a form an adjustment frog in double fabric about 100 mm long, ending with a tip of about 30 mm, riveted with double stitching and reinforced with vertical stop beams at the base. Inside it is sewn a strip of velcro hook part of 50 x 25 mm which can be anchored to the relative slot part of 150 x 25 mm sewn horizontally on the wrist at 45 mm from the frog itself. In the assembly seam of the wrist with the sleeve, a red profile in F.R. modacrylic fabric is inserted and riveted with two needles. On both sleeves, 40 mm from the shoulder joint seam, two two-piece pockets measuring 180 x 140 mm are applied. They have a vertical front opening closed by a 160 mm zip, covered by the hems of the pocket itself.
