Advertising and Media Planning and Buying Services The scope of services of the Framework Agreement for the provision of Advertising and Media Planning and Buying Services to Gas Networks Ireland and its subsidiaries. The Service Provider(s) appointed pursuant to the Competition will provide the following advertising and media planning and buying services to: Develop strategic brand communications for use across multiple channels. Provide integrated media planning and cost-effective buying services across multiple communications channels. Support the delivery of the organisations marketing and communications objectives, The scope of services is anticipated to include above the line, below the line and digital advertising. Experience in the utilities and energy sectors would be an advantage.
