NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement and NHS Wolverhampton CCG (referred to as the Commissioners) under fully delegated commissioning arrangements invited suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the services of primary care medical services for Lot 1: Pennfields Health Centre and Lot 2: Bilston Urban Village and Ettingshall Medical Centre in Wolverhampton. The Contract will run from 1.4.2019 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. Pennfields Health Centre currently opens 5 days per week, 08:30 am — 06:30 pm. It is located on Upper Zoar Street, Pennfields, Wolverhampton. The latest CQC inspection was carried out on 11.2.2016 and was rated as Good. The practice is aligned to a local model of care. Bilston Urban Village currently opens 5 days per week, 08:30 am — 06:30 pm. It is located on Bankfield Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton and is based in an area currently undergoing redevelopment with more than 450 new houses planned locally to the practice. The latest CQC inspection was carried out on 31.5.2017 and was rated as Good.
