Civica APP is a line of business application used to support several functions including: - Environmental Health (Business Regulation) - Environmental Health (Pollution Control & Public Health) - Trading Standards - Built Environment (Private Housing Regulation) - (Environmental Assets) Decriminalised Parking Enforcement Currently the sole database used for recording, monitoring and reporting upon regulatory compliance and enforcement viz, within North Lanarkshire. This function is a statutory responsibility and which must be provided by law. This contract is for an additional 12 months of licencing, support and maintenance of existing software. Licencing, support and maintenance of existing Civica APP system for 12 months from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
